Questions & answers

What you need to know
before a pilot.

The demonstrations show the workflow. A live pilot needs an agreed scope and a checked production environment.

Can we start with one project?

Yes. A single-project pilot is the proposed starting point. The scope, duration, support and commercial terms are agreed before it starts.

Are these production-ready products?

The supplied demonstrations are interactive browser prototypes. A shared database, secure sign-in, company separation, backup and recovery, and validated uploads, exports and audit records must be established before live project data is introduced.

Does it work on phones?

The web-app demonstrations include phone, tablet and desktop views. Device, browser and connectivity requirements will be confirmed for the pilot. Offline operation is not being offered as a confirmed capability.

How long will implementation take?

Timing depends on the project scope, source information and readiness of the production environment. EC360 will agree the setup and training plan before the pilot. No fixed implementation time has been established.

How much data entry will the team need to do?

The intended workflow shares updates across the site team, project manager and specialist teams. The pilot will establish required inputs, update frequency and the actual effort involved.

What training is included?

Training and onboarding will be scoped around the nominated site, office and management users. The delivery format and support arrangements will be agreed in the pilot proposal.

Where is project data hosted, and how is it protected?

Project-data hosting location, account controls, access permissions, retention, backups and recovery arrangements are to be confirmed before a live pilot. The public marketing website does not establish the hosting or security arrangements of the products.

How do logins and permissions work?

The demonstrations show role-based workflows. Secure sign-in and enforced permissions for live use, including separation between companies, must be implemented and checked before live project data is used.

Can it replace our existing systems?

The demonstration is intended to test project visibility and reporting workflows. Any imports, exports, integrations or replacement of existing systems need to be assessed against your actual requirements.

Can reports be shared?

The demonstrations include A4 report, WhatsApp sharing and presentation views. The output formats, approval workflow and audit requirements for live use will be agreed and validated during pilot preparation.
